  • Severe headache with neck stiffness or rash
  • Severe allergic reaction (throat swelling, difficulty breathing with rash)
  • Poisoning or suspected overdose
  • Major injury or trauma
  • Severe or uncontrolled bleeding
  • Rapidly worsening illness that concerns you seriously
